This app could potentially supplant Tik Tok overtime. As Tik Tok’s censorship following it’s acquisition by US investors such as Oracle, Silver Lake, and Abu Dhabi-based MGX, and UpScrolled already having questionable ethics, this may be the path forward.
Upscrolled could have been the one but 90% of the content is not English, which makes sense given who is creating it, but the real problem is that most of the English content I came across there either wasn’t remotely interesting to me or was straight up nazi racist stuff.
