As a tech, I usually know what someone means when they “app”. It’s “glitch” that drives me mad though. Glitch sounds like a ghost caused the error one tine only, versus some lazy coder.

I consider a “bug” to be something caused by the code (bad error handling, bad logic, etc) and a “glitch” to be something more random or environmental
