About the Signal protocol: It’s end-to-end encrypted. It would not allow for the server to give you a customized feed. Also messages expire but I’m not sure if that’s to the protocol.

6·3 months agoThere isn’t any other vendor that offers the kind of hardware-level redundancy that IBM does.
Especially with all this focus on high speed, low range signals. What people really want is reliability. But bigger number better I guess
